Returns and Exchanges

  • No refunds are to be given, only store credit or exchanges.
  • All exchanges and refunds for store credit must be returned to us within 10 days from when your package was shipped out.
  • Customers are responsible for any and all shipping charges - must include exchange shipping cost/label, as we do not pay for exchanged shipping.
  • NO exchanges and/or store credit will be given after 10 days.
  • Exchanges only acceptable for items of equal or lesser value, in which we will provide you with a store credit code for the remaining value, if needed.
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged nor returned for store credit.
  • No price adjustments.
  • Once your package has left our hands, USPS is responsible. We trust that you will receive your package in a timely matter.

EXCHANGING OR RETURNING ONLY FOR STORE CREDIT:

Order #
Items you are exchanging and/or returning for store credit
Reason for exchange and/or return for store credit
    • All clothing items must be returned in original condition with tags attached in original packaging, unwashed, and unworn.
    • We reserve the right to reject any exchanges or returns if the item(s) do not meet our evaluation standards. 
    • We are not responsible nor liable for items lost in the mail, therefore, it is highly recommended to have a tracking number, insurance, and/or delivery confirmation.
